A web interface for HPC system for submitting and monitoring jobs mostly NGS jobs.

Hi All,

We are planning to develop a simple web interface for HPC system for submitting and monitoring jobs mostly NGS jobs. Most preferable language for us in Java. Could you suggest best JAVA API for this purpose.

If some one here has develop similar interface of any of his purposes ? And suggest about used API's
