marker information for cancer that have been accessed by FDA

Hi all,

I am very interested in those markers with approved target drugs by FDA.

Although several webs gave out some summary for various cancers, genes, mutations, there seems no in hand table to include the format as follows,

cancer type-> gene-> HGVS mutation -> approved drug name

If anyone has this kind of source, it will be of great help if you can offer a share.

This is better than PharmGKB, I'd say. PharmGKB doesn't provide one-to-one mapping of drug and gene by default.

You will have to get your gene name and then select from the options at this website. There is a download section in this website, check that out.

Mainly [on many websites], drugs are associated with the genes, and you will have to find genes of your interest.

I would be more than happy to find a source which has cancer type-> gene-> HGVS mutation -> approved drug name mapping.

Thanks, DGI indeed offers us a catalog for cancer genes which have already been reported having target drug. However, like it's sources, it did not offer any information for markers, e.g., chrome and position, or HGVS info.
