Principal Component Regression
Hey All I have one confusion.
I performed Principle Component Analysis on my data having one Control (A) and 4 treatments (BCDE). First two components shows maximum variation (90%) of my data so I selected these two components, Now I want to perform Principle component regression.
There is a term which is used in PCR is response (y) So for my data set response would be Treatments Rights?? (BCDE)..
