I am familiar with gene expression (microarray data) now I want to explore gene expression of RNA-seq
What are numbers means? Is there a site that I can download gene expression for RNA seq?
what is the difference between gene expression for mircoarray and RNA-seq?

I think you need to read some reviews, they would be very very useful, because in one sentence or in one post, can't describe everything
Here are some useful links, I think others would also suggest some nice literature
I'd also recommend looking at SEQC's recent paper which does an extensive comparison of microarray and RNASeq: http://www.nature.com/nbt/journal/v32/n9/full/nbt.2957.html
As for sites where you can access RNA-Seq data, SRA would be one place: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/sra
You can get data frrom NCBI or ENCODE, just filter by RNA-seq. https://www.encodeproject.org/matrix/?type=Experiment&status=released
