I'm trying to analyze mobile element insertion sites by gkno fastq-tangram pipeline.

I would like to know the meaning of "INS:ME:PO" and "INS:ME:POLYA" in final vcf files. These were not into the header of vcf files.

> ##ALT=<ID=INS:ME:L1,Description="Insertion of L1 element">
> ##ALT=<ID=INS:ME:SV,Description="Insertion of SVA element">
