Fugue Server : providing sequences via Python Script

I am giving some of the sequences for Sequence-structure homology recognition to the Fugue Server. But I wanted to accomplish this using Python Script, so that it will itself provide sequences to the server which are written in my file.

Can anybody tell me how to accomplish this
