Fast Tree usage
Hi,
I want to start using Fast tree. But I use Windows 7 and I don't have experince with command line.
I could not find any SOP or manual for FastTree. (I use Mothur for OTUs but its SOP is so helpful for those who are not familiar with command line, who do not know what to type in the comand line program !!!!). Is there any similar guide for fasttree ??
I installed it but not able to start using it. Please help and give suggestions.
