Consurf: Generating an image similar to the one that is given below

Hi,

Can someone help me to generate this kind of figure after getting consurf results?

I tried both jmol and chimera compatible outputs generated by Consurf and it was a total failure. If possible, please be kind enough to provide step-wise procedure.

I received some assistance from Mohammed at King AbdulAziz University. The trick is to use the ConSurf 1.1 under old versions.
