Datasets Downloads From Eqtl.Uchicago.Edu

hello, everyone:

I am doing a job of eqtl gene collection. From biostar, one good website name eqtl.uchicago.edu was fit to my work, which combined several importants eqtl works.

But i can not find how to obtain raw data from this website.

and to an important reference of Veyrieras (2008), i can not find the dataset provided by author, so could anyone here can tell me how to get this data?

I would suggest that you write to the author of the paper(s). Often, since genotypes are involved, the data cannot be released without going through a data access committee.

Isn't http://eqtl.uchicago.edu/RNA_Seq_data/unmapped_reads/ what you're looking for?

By the way, sometimes Google's option "site:..." helps: see http://www.google.ru/search?q=raw%20site%3Aeqtl.uchicago.edu.

Thank you for your reply, the link you offered is the data of one paper of there work, but not all the source of eqtl website. I am looking for table extraction just like ucsc, but it seems i fail to obtain this dataset~~
