Has someone used CNVnator for non-human genome analysis? When I run the calculate histogram(the second step),I get nothing output after 5 hours.Here is my code: CNVnator -root out.root -chrom 2L 2R 3L 3R X -his 200 -d CNVnator-geneloss/; and there are some reference sequences files in the directory CNVnator-geneloss: chr2L.fa chr2R.fa chr3L.fa chr3R.fa chrX.fa.

The code I used for the first step is cnvnator -root out.root -chrom 2L 2R 3L 3R X -tree RAL_208.sorted.dedup.bam

Can anyone tell me how to solve the problem? Thanks in advance!
