Interaction among the proteins and interaction with central protein

I am using Cytoscape to view the interaction. here, I only observed interaction with central protein. Is there anyway that I can get also interaction among the proteins and interaction with central protein?

You could just import all of the biogrid data for your species, pick your first protein, select first neighbours and then make a new network from the selected nodes
