visualize enrichment results and compare multiple enrichments
I am performing multiple enrhichment analyses using topGO.
I would like to visulaize these analyses in a network and verify whether there are overlapping enrichment among these different analyses. An example of what I am refering is done for few model organisms by clusterProfiler.

An example of what I am referring is done for few model organisms by clusterProfiler." My problem is that clusterProfiler works only with few model organisms. Therefore, I need another package.
