I want to use SVDetect for CNV discovery in WGS data. I have executed the SVDetect cnv -conf command and gotten a filename.density output (6 column as expected). Then I performed the SVDetect ratio2circos -conf command and gotten my filename.density.segdup.txt output (4 columns as expected).

For running Circos, I have spent a couple of hours trying to lern how to create the configuration files, but looks rather complex to me. If I want to visualize my SVDetect outcomes via Circos, Do I need to write the circus configuration file manually myself?
