looking for microarray datasets for regression (No. of Predictor>No. of observation)
Least Angle Regression and Lasso are algorithms used to select an appropriate variable (gene) that will predict the outcome. To asses my study, I'm looking for ANY or probably a micro-array data set. I need a data with too many candidate predictors (independent variables) with a least number of observations. Thank You!
