Is there any bioinformatic databases gallery webpage like that of biocViews of bioconductor?

I want to download some common databases to computer, because I think that most bioinformatician will keep a bunch of database files on their computers, so what are they? And how do they normally use (access) them?

r microarray rna-seq

This question is not very clear. biocViews provides an overview of Bioconductor packages; it is nothing to do with local database files - which may be accessed in many ways, depending on what they are. Can you try to be more specific and precise?

I have added a little more details.

It depends on your domain. A set of SNPs is pointless in another species.

I keep the thousand genomes VCF and a dozen gene lists.

If you can't be more specific, then I recommend to Google "bioinformatic database".
