Batch load in haploview
Here, at the Haploview website
The docs instruct us that although ped files, etc cannot be viewed except in the GUI mode, there is a "batch file option"
Does anyone know a work around to programmatically generate 50 pngs and 50 haploview.out.txt files for each locus I have in my genome wide PED file?
