Ph And Protein Conformations
Hi- I had brought this up previously through the great support from this group. I would like to show the physiological effects of pH change (as a range) of hemoglobin or other protein that will show the change through the pH range of 3 to 12. I would be willing to pay someone to do this.
I would also like an animation that shows the increasing Brownian movement effects on a two segments (30 bp) one high in GC content and one A=T Rich. I am looking for a visual animation to show students how temperature effects DNA structure, and in varying salt concentrations if some one can show that too.
