Tool: Allele Frequency Calculator from 1000 Genomes Project

The 1000 Project released a tool that will calculate allele frequency by population in a single vcf file. There is a web interface, and they recommend only querying 5mb of the genome at a time. The tool is limited, but could be useful if you have a small region or set of genes you want to compare to your samples quickly.
