Downloading Population-specific Chr:pos genome-wide eQTL and epigenetic marks
I wish to download all known eQTLs as well as H3KMe / Ac, specifically for the CEU and YRI populations, in a genome-wide fashion.
I feel certain this must exist, but none of the files I have found break it out in a population specific way.
Can someone point me to a location where this is stored?
