Command-line sequence feature extraction tool
Hi all,
I am looking for a command-line tool to extract varied sequence features, similar to what it is done by ProFeat (amino acid composition, dipeptide composition, and a long etcetera).
Are you aware of any tool that can be useful to me?

Did you already check the list of EMBOSS applications? They are divided in groups and there are several groups referring to proteins (2d structure, 3d structure, composition and so on).
