Tools to circularise the ion torrent bacterial genome assembly

My 'assembly_graph.fastg' file indicates that the bacterial genome am handling is circular , the sequencing platform that was used is ion torrent(ionxpress), now can anyone tell me the tools to circularise the ion torrent genome assembly , cause circlator mentions only pacbio and nanopore data.
