I need a tool to design crRNAs (Cas9) for no-Amp enrichment. It will be used for PacBio or Oxford Nanopore. An example for an application is here: https://www.pacb.com/wp-content/uploads/Reference-Guide-Designing-CRISPR-Cas9-RNA-Oligonucleotides-for-the-No-Amp-Targeted-Sequencing-Procedure.pdf

The thing is that most design tools are designed for knock-out of genes and hence have rules and optimizations for exons/coding regions, etc.

I do not care about the underlying gene structure. I just want crRNAs which are efficient and specific for the target region based on the DNA sequence.

Do you have any recommendations?
