I want to extract allen brain atlas data for my current work. is there any way to download the whole expression data from the atlas for the adult human brain?
Have you looked at their data portal? http://mouse.brain-map.org/static/download
No, but I am able to download each sample wise data. I don't know if they are having averaged expression data available. That will be really helpful.
