Biological significance of network parameters

I have a set of gene network clusters created from a bigger GRN through a clustering algorithm. I have different whole network parameters like the diameter of the different clusters, network centralization value, network heterogeneity value, network density etc. Can somebody give me some idea as to what biological inferences I can draw from these different parameters.

Example, if a network has a low network heterogeneity value when compared to another network, then what does that mean? If a network has a higher diameter when compared to another network, then what does that mean biologically? If you have ideas of any research publications that have talked about something similar, then I would be very happy to read those.

Any help would be highly appreciated.
