A few samples of read data

Hello While trying to learn the analysis of RNA seq, need a small size of sample data. I use Ubuntu as virtual on Windows XP. I would be happy to have the sample data from 4, or 6 sample , short size, to be able to run on my system. Thank in advance Javad

Use this tool to find a dataset you like: sra-explorer : find SRA and FastQ download URLs in a couple of clicks You may want to use yeast, fly or bacterial data since you probably don't have a lot of memory on this machine.
