Closed:UCSC Isoform ID conversion

I want to convert the UCSC transcript IDs to the Refseq or Entrez gene/Transcript ID. I tried BioMart, but it failed.

For example I want to convert :

uc011lsn.1
uc010unu.1
uc010uoa.1
uc002bgz.2
uc001jiu.2

to the IDs like: NM_130786

Does anyone knows any tools or R package to handle this ?
