I have been working on a library to visualize genomic datasets using Horizon Charts.

I'd like to introduce it to the Biostar community, its name is DNAism.

one probably needs to train their eye a bit to understand it. I would suggest to show a really simple example first. I had to go to page 5 of the original document to understand what I am seeing.

Thank you for the feedback Istvan. You are right, I should introduce a light example first to get people familiar with this viz technique. I'll work on that. The examples in the docs are, arguably, displaying 500000 data points for 25 samples in relatively big genomic region.
