How To Use Aspera Connect In Cluster

Hi

I am about to download some BAM files to our group cluster. I am using SSH secure application to access the cluster but I have no idea how to use Aspera in cluster. Is the command line version "ascp" the only way of using it for me? Thanks

Typically, you would use the ascp command-line client in a cluster environment, yes. Your best bet, though, is to talk to your cluster administrator.

Thanks, but how can I check if it is already installed or not before contacting the administrator?
