Protein-Protein Interaction Prediction

Hi,

Do someone know tools to predict protein-protein interaction. I've a novel putative protein sequence and I want to know there is a chance that this protein interact with other known protein ?

Hi Nicobxl,

I would recommend you to first mine some databases that are around (if you haven't yet), such as MINT, IntACT, STRING and many more. Some of them (STRING) already include some predictions.

If, still, you want to predict, maybe you can try Dr.PIAS (I've never used it) or, in case you have a small set of candidate interactors, you can do docking.
