Just looking for information on how to properly format the DataFrame for input into survminer?

Package comes with example inputs, see the Vignette, try the examples, https://cran.r-project.org/web/packages/survminer/vignettes/Informative_Survival_Plots.html

What is the DataFrame? I am surprised that you seem to assume that with this one-liner you post people could actually understand what the problem is and how your data look right now.

If people are aware of the package I am referencing then the questions makes perfect sense, hence I used the keywords related to the package.

If your usage were specific to the package, there would be at least one mention of "DataFrame" in the package's manual, which there isn't. I understand you're looking for a proper input format for some operation. However, you've given us neither the function you're looking to use nor the dataset you have currently, which makes your question lack any concrete basis in reality. If you were to put in more effort and tell us what you have as well as what you tried, people would be more open to helping you. Otherwise, we can only ask you to read the manual/vignettes as we are not mind readers.
