Life, as it is (tathata), is immaculate with no blotch or blemish, of the external covering or super- imposition (adhyaropan). However, in the flow of consciousness (vijnana), life gets entangled into the never ending cycle of limitations. Note, that life does not go anywhere. It is the configuration of the cosmos that changes around life. The limitations of birth (jati) and death (maranan) are ever changing configurations (vinyas) around life in its pristine nature (prakriti). These limitations are characterised by mind and matter (naam-rupa) with its complex intricate support structure (salay- atan) which assists life to carry forth in the cycle of limitations and also interact after perception (samnya), with myriads of phenomena and objects that generate sensations (vedana) and impres- sions (sankhara). Life, thus roles through the cycles of birth and death, in the limited coordinates of space (antariksh), time (samay), will (icchapatra) and nature (prakriti). Untill one fine moment, life that is encapsulated, recognizes through experiential knowledge, the limitations and sets forth on a journey to disentangle itself from this cycle, spread over many life times. A quest, that is often called the journey into the realms of truth, the happening of nirvana and dropping of the cycle of existance in birth and death, all in stages. This manuscript is aimed to understand the deep synergy between the components that assist in the journey of life, from aspects of molecular biology at physical realm to shunyata and in between. It is aimed to observe the interconnectedness and intertwined nature of the way things are, as life moves through in existance in its journey into the realms of truth. However, mere theoretical knowledge will not suffice and regular meditation practices are of deeper essence. Experiential knowledge is of greater importance in grasping what is expressed in words.
