There are many such panels available and published. Oncotype Dx is one I can think of, and here is some from pubmed.

Just search online - the genes included in the panel may be listed in the original publications.

Oncotype Dx® and MammaPrint® were developed from gene expression studies, and that is what they measure.

For re-sequencing panels for hereditary cancer, there are many, such as:

  • Illumina® TruSight Cancer Sequencing panel (gene list Here (Excel file)
  • AmpliSeq™ Inherited Cancer Research Panel for Illumina®

Those are for cancer, generally; for breast cancer, here is one option:

  • AmpliSeq™ for Illumina® BRCA Plus, Extended Hereditary Breast and Ovarian Research Panel

You can also look at the panels from my former lab:

Others who I know who develop re-sequencing panels have been working in their respective field for many years and know the genes off by heart. It seems that you are not even from a breast cancer background...?
