Hi together, I have a problem with data analysis of QiaSeq panel. I use CLC workbench from Qiagen, but it is hard to use and not I do not understand many options. Is there alternative software? I can not find software that can work with UMIs. Any ideas? I am not good with bioinformatics. Sorry for bad english.
