Is there any database that contains signature of all kinds of signature of human cancer? Like integrating data from tcga?

The one that I hear most commonly is the COSMIC signature database.

Yes, I have tried the COSMIC signature database. But what I want is the 96 trinucleotide context of the human cancer, but what I found is a summary 12 substitutions.
