I am trying to download ViennaRNA package from anaconda these are my current channels
- conda-forge
- bioconda
- defaults
- https://conda.anaconda.org/schrodinger
- https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/main
- https://repo.anaconda.com/pkgs/free
When I run conda install -c bioconda viennarna I get
PackagesNotFoundError: The following packages are not available from current channels:
- viennarna

I have also tried running conda install -c bioconda/label/cf201901 viennarna with similar results Any help is appreciated
Conda does not offer it for Windows to be precise, only for Unix. In any case you should consider using an Unix-based system for bioinformatics, as it saves you from a lot of compatability trouble such as this one.
Yeah, this is a good point. The Windows Subsystem for Linux works very well and provides a good solution if you have a Windows PC.
Windows 10 PC to be precise.
