I'm trying to look for Pubmed articles that uses bacteria sequencing data or has bacteria sequenced data. My plan was to use the use the pubmed search function and look for hits with certain keywords. But I noticed there are times where author don't mention the bio project associated with their article in the text. Is there a (better) way to look for articles that has associated bio project accessions?

I always prefer to use NCBI taxonomy as a starting point. For example entering lactobacillus in NCBI taxonomy gives the page https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?id=1578 . Here you can click various radio buttons (for example for bioproject and pubmed ids ) The clicking on the number of entries gives the corresponding entries.
