Hello I'm working with TCGA maf for BRCA, (version 37 of the genome). In the GDC documentation about mafs https://docs.gdc.cancer.gov/Data/File_Formats/MAF_Format/ they mention a field called cDNA_positions, all I can find in my maf is c_position. Is it the same? Thanks in advance

EDIT: This is a sample of the maf (in xlsx format) http://s000.tinyupload.com/?file_id=73401428386308170995

Can you paste a few (~10) lines of your MAF file? See this post on pasting tabular content.

The mafs were obtained from here https://www.synapse.org/#!Synapse:syn1729383.2 (I'm currently working with BRCA) I'll add a sample to the question
