Finding fusion genes

From RNA-seq can someone find fusion genes? Is there any bioinformatics sofware or any other way to find out ? ( for example between human chr 6p21 and 16q24 )

you could use TopHat-Fusion

or

chimerascan

or

you could even check out STAR-Fusion but it was made to be used with Trinity so that might get a bit more complicated
