Visualize a Bam file as stack reads, not reduced, using Bioconductor

Hello, I am trying to produce a graphic in R (bioconductor) showing all reads stacked, not reduced, to a reference (Bam file). The reads need to be sorted by length in the right position with the reference. These are RNA long reads of one particular region. I can produced the graphic using programs like "tablet" but I need a png or svg graphic. Thanks
