Off topic:Taking R-Program Created Microarray Data Table & Pasting it Into MS Excel

Hello Everyone,

I am using R Program to read GSE Matrix Files of Microarray Data and I have been able to generate Microarray Data Tables.

Is there any way to have those Microarray Data Tables uploaded or even copy-pasted onto MS Excel?

Any help would be appreciated. Thank you in advance.
