Hello Biostars team

I am interested to present my data like the attached figure. Does anyone know which tool I can use to organize my seq data like the attached figure?

Maybe Adobe Illustrator?

this looks more like a Circos plot. Also you can just make bar plots and turn them into circles, I am pretty sure you can do that with something like Imagemagick.

Thanks for answering. Yes I did. The published figure was presented as (sunburst chart). The sunburst chart can be created in office 365, which I do not have it. That is why I am looking for R code or any other tool serves similar purpose.
