Ensembl and Ensembl Genomes are currently experiencing reduced functionality due to a major incident at one of our data centres leading to many of our internal services being shutdown, with services disrupted from Friday 1st February.
Currently off line are the web versions of most Ensembl tools (VEP, BLAST, and others described on the top part of http://www.ensembl.org/info/docs/tools/index.html). Logins are not available. Ensembl archive sites older than release 87 are also off line. Our developers email list and our helpdesk email are also down.
The main Ensembl site (www.ensembl.org) and our mirror sites (asia.ensembl.org, useast.ensembl.org, uswest.ensembl.org) are functioning normally, with the exceptions noted above. BioMart and the Ensembl REST server are also working normally.
