Where can I find phage nucleotide sequences with lytic/lysogenic labels?

Hello team,

I'm working on research related with bacteriophage nucleotide sequences considering their lytic or lysogenic potential.

I would appreciate it if you could help me find public or on demand sources of bacteriophages with lytic/lysogenic cluster life cycle confirmed by domain experts. FASTA or GenBank file format is required.

I know the PhagesDB website. But, how reliable is the life cycle (Cluster/Subcluster) information there? Is this information however verified and confirmed by other than the author himself?

I also heard about NCBI but cannot find any kind of search filter which allows to collect lytic and lysogenic phages.

Thanks for your answer,
Mawrecki
