Hi,

DNA replication is initiated from specific sequences called origins of replication. I would like to know if there is a database or an article/paper that shows the different or the only DNA sequence of the origins of replication in humans. I am looking for the DNA sequences of the origins of replication in each chromosome and not in the mitochondria.

Thank you.

Repli-Seq can be used to map origins of replication. For humans there are likely cell-type-specific replication programs.
