Could anybody suggest a tool to visualize a complex Neighbor Joining with many individuals?

Looks like ape package has nj function. Try some examples from manuals, see if it helps. If not, then provide example data and expected output plot.

hi,i sometimes use ape as well to produce a NJ tree, but my question was ho to visualize complex nj trees.
