Hi All,

I need a list of human/mouse splicing factors - what databases that are not abandonware do you use?

Thanks in advance!

PS I've found:

Not all RBP involve in splicing, but https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3929597/ might be helpful. While it might a few years old, it's a pretty comprehensive study.

None of the links work. Any other suggestions?

Is there any new splicing factor database? Seem like there is not much update.

Shameless plug: Would ASPicDB fit your need?

Sorry if I wasn't clear (or I'm not finding the right link) - I need a list of things that work as splicing factors, not a tool to predict transcripts that could potentially be spliced?
