Remove poly-T from m6A RNA-seq using Smarter

m6A RNA-seq using Smarter ,fastqc found many 'TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT' for the data QC,how can I cut the 'TTTTTTTTTTTTTTTT' but not wrong to remove the sample-self-RNA?
