I m using this "PubMed-w2v.bin" from this tutorial link the last updates is on 2013 so is there any updated version available for the same ?

I am not sure what kind of text you are mining but NCBI eUtils may be an option in this case.

well yes since i m doing it in R so i thought if its getting updated but i will give it a try NCBI eUtils
