When I download the miRNA and mRNA of cancerType="COAD",There are something wrong:` Error in GDCprepare(query) : There are samples duplicated. We will not be able to preapre it

This is a bit of a late follow-up, but I'm running into the same problem with TCGA-SKCM legacy miRNA gene quantification data. Have you been able to solve your problem? If yes, can you please share how?
