Hi,

Are there any programs/ tools available in order to achieve the above task? (Preferably a GUI solution than command line)

Thank you in advance,

Venura

iTOL now supports MEME results as a dataset type. Check https://itol.embl.de/help.cgi#meme for details. You can simply drag-drop a MEME XML results file onto an iTOL tree, where the leaf IDs match the sequence IDs from the MEME file.

The best I can come up with would be iTOL though it may not well meet your requirements.

Hi Shishuo,

Thank you for the reply. I contacted Ivica (creator) of iTOL as well and requesting him to add that feature i.e. direct input MEME output. He told me if there are many requests he might consider if not "no". Thanks, Venura

Hi venuraherath, PhyD3 is a newly released tool that is somewhat similar to iTOL, maybe they can help you with it?
